You get access to all entries in Den Danske Ordbog (DDO) in a view that is specially tailored to the screen of your mobile phone. This means the design is simpler, and only the most important information types are shown. If you need to see all the details, you always have the option to visit the online version of the dictionary by clicking on the link "view on ordnet.dk" at the bottom of each entry.

The Danish Dictionary is regularly updated and in line with the latest changes in Danish spelling. DDO can therefore be used as a spelling dictionary in schools and the education system.

The Danish Dictionary is produced by Det Danske Sprog- og Litteraturselskab (DSL), which has over 100 years of experience in editing dictionaries and is behind the largest Danish native language dictionaries.
